Terms of service
Plain terms for using the marketplace. Using the service means you accept them.
Your account
Keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including baskets built by anyone you give access to, an API key or an AI agent.
Use accurate details. Contact and support go through the account page after login.
One account, one business. If you act for clients, you are responsible for their orders too. Tell us through the account page if access to your login changes hands.
Baskets, balance and payment
Building a basket is free. A charge happens only when you pay it, from the balance in your dashboard.
Balance is topped up in the dashboard, not through the API. Invoices and proforma invoices are available there, and an agent can fill a basket while a person approves the payment.
What you order, and what you give us
A placement is an editorial article or link insertion on a third-party site, with a permanent dofollow link to your page. You choose automatic content, your own instructions or your own finished article.
You must have the right to promote the target page. You also need the right to use any article you supply. Do not order links to illegal or deceptive pages. We may refuse an order that breaks these rules.
Content you submit
If you supply your own article or instructions, you confirm they are yours to use. Keep them accurate. No false claims about products, licences or results.
A placement is published on a third-party site, so its final wording may be edited to fit that site. The link goes to the target URL you chose. Check the status in your ordered links after payment.
What we do not promise
We do not promise rankings, traffic, leads or any particular outcome. Search engines make their own decisions and change them.
Delivery times, such as about 24 hours, are usual figures and not guarantees. The service can change as the product does.
Publishers who sell links on their own sites follow the same spirit: they set a price and approve each placement. Read our privacy notes as well.
Misuse
Do not use the service to attack other sites, mislead searchers or break the law. We may pause an account that does.

Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it.
